The stock has been under pressure since yesterday after the US FDA red flagged its export-oriented unit at Aurangabad. Sun Pharma shares fell around 4 percent after operating margins of its Israeli subsidiary, Taro Pharma, fell below analyst estimates.

Nifty Trend Tomorrow 11th April 2013

Equity benchmarks rallied after a sedate start on Wednesday, led by demand for banks and IT shares. The Sensex gained 188 points to close at 18414.45, and the Nifty rose 64 points to 5558.70.

However, brokers cautioned that the outlook remained cautious as the market was lacking triggers for a sustainable uptrend.

Reliance Communications led gainers, with the stock rising 13 percent to Rs 73.20 on expectations that the company will be able to come up a credible plan to reduce debt on the balance sheet.

J&K Bank, Reliance Infra, Adani Ports and Hexaware Tech were the other key gainers, up 4-5 percent.

IT shares firmed up ahead of Infosys fourth quarter earnings this Friday, and beaten down bank stocks recovered with brokers attributing it to short covering of positions.

“Politics is overriding things. So, I believe economic outlook, economic reforms or government actions will definitely take a backseat in this kind of a scenario,” Nishchal Maheshwari, head of research, Edelweiss Capital told CNBC-TV18 in an interview earlier today.

Nifty Trend Tomorrow 4th April 2013

Benchmark indices tumbled Wednesday, as bears targeted large caps across the board. Renewed speculation about early general elections, a dismal services PMI (Purchasing Managers Index) reading for March, and absence of institutional buying support aggravated the fall in the last hour of trade.

The BSE Sensex ended the day at 18801.64, down 239.31 points over its previous close. The Nifty fell 75.20 points to close at 5672. With this fall, indices have more than given up the gains of the last two sessions.

Realty, capital goods, auto and metal shares were among the worst performers, while pharma and FMCG shares managed to hold ground as investors sought safety in defensive sectors.

Shares of Adani Power led the rally in the power sector Tuesday, after a favourable verdict from the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) on tariff hike.

Share Market Trend Today : Nifty Levels

Indian stock market edged lower on tuesday 29th january as the stock market had already factored the 25 bps reduction by the “RBI” in its key policy review. Initially the market showed some enthusiasm, but as the details of the policy review trickled in with the RBI governor saying there was no room for monetary easing in future unless & until the country’s inflation and the current account deficit improves significantly over and above the RBI’s expected level, which dampened investors sentiment and they begun profit booking.

Investors sentiment also thwarted by the RBI’s decision to lower the “GDP” growth to 5.8% from 6.5% growth it had earlier (in july, 2012) projected. The S&P CNX nifty (spot) lost 24.90 and shut shop at 6049.90 in the closing. Overall more negatives than positives to take away from the trading screen & in a nutshell, it was a disappointing end.

Now for the rest of the month we have to wait for the pending Q3 corporate results for some positive trigger and ultimately for union budget session on next month.
Be careful & trade with extreme caution at least till month end F&O expiry (on coming Thursday).

Market Outlook Today and Nifty for Tomorrow

What a day for Indian Stock Markets!. Making all the sectors clsoe in green, the share market closed after substantial gains.

Amid robust global cues and on the back of the hope of rate cut by RBI, Nifty earned 134 points to close near its day high of 5009 and rose over 2.70%. The Major factor for today's elevation was the anticipation that Reserve Bank of India may go for maximum 50 basis points repo rate cut instead of 25 bps in its policy meet which is schedule to be announced on June 18. This cut in rate could be a big relief for infra stocks.

For Tomorrow i.e 6 June, 2012, market may go further up. Technically, Nifty futures will have to stay above 5000 level to remain positive while 4900 is acting as stiff support level for Nifty future. Trader needs to be cautious for intraday trade and keep an eye on the market affecting cues before taking any decison.
